Legal notice

This page says who runs builds.one, app.builds.one and the Builds apps and software, and how to reach us.

Who we are

Builds is a product of Digital One Technology Consulting Limited, a private company limited by shares, registered in Ireland. There is no separate Builds company: the contracting party is always Digital One Technology Consulting Limited. Our people work in Dublin and Budapest.

Regulated activity

Builds is software and an online service. It is not a regulated profession and needs no licence or authorisation in Ireland, so there is no supervisory authority, professional body or professional title to name.

Points of contact (EU Digital Services Act)

For authorities (DSA Art. 11) and for people using Builds (DSA Art. 12): info@digital1.one. Write in English or Hungarian. A person reads and answers every message.
To report illegal content stored through Builds: write to info@digital1.one with what it is, where it is (the link or the account), why you think it is illegal, and your name and email (DSA Art. 16). We answer every report and say what we did.

Data protection

What we collect and why is in the Privacy Policy; who else touches it is on the sub-processor list. Our lead data protection authority is Ireland's Data Protection Commission, 6 Pembroke Row, Dublin 2, D02 X963 (dataprotection.ie). If you live in Hungary you may also complain to NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11 (naih.hu), or to the authority of the EU country where you live or work.

Ireland's Digital Services Coordinator, which supervises us under the Digital Services Act, is Coimisiún na Meán (cnam.ie).

Consumers and complaints

If you use Builds as a consumer, nothing on this site takes away your rights under the law of the EU country you live in. Complaints come to info@digital1.one first. If we cannot settle one, your national consumer authority, the European Consumer Centre in your country, and the courts remain open to you. The EU's online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025, so we do not link to it.

Content and trademarks

We are responsible for what we publish on builds.one and app.builds.one. We are not responsible for sites we link to, or for what you or your agents do on your own machines (see the Terms).

Builds is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, Google, Mistral, Apple or Microsoft.
